Please read our terms carefully. Your order constitutes your acceptance of these terms.
Delivery: Each piece is handcrafted and custom painted to order. Allow up to 12 weeks for delivery on smalls and ocassional furniture. Allow up to six months for delivery on casegoods.
Shipments: Orders ship either UPS Ground or Common Carrier. See shipping info for more details. Common Carrier means your order will be carefully pack and strapped to a pallet. The pallet will be delivered to your driveway.
Damages and Shortages: Must be reported within 5 days of receipt of merchandise. All shipments are FOB New Waverly, TX and become the property of the customer when transfered to the freight carrier. In the case of package mishandling, contact the company that delivered the shipment to submit damage claim. Damage due to packing error will be replaced or repaired at our discretion. Shortages will be replaced with like goods.
Returns: All Sales Are Final. Each piece is handcrafted to order. We cannot accept returns except in the cases of damage or error in order processing.
Warranty: Our pieces are handcrafted individually. Great care is taken to maintain our high quality standards. We guarantee the work of our craftsmen for one year from date of purchase. This warranty does not include damage caused by abuse or mishandling by the shipper, retailer or consumer. As with all finishes, some fading or color change, such as “yellowing” may occur. This is a natural characteristic of wood furnishings and is not considered a defect. This effect can be intensified with exposure to sunlight. Over exposure to water can result in damage to the product. Chemical liquids like nail polish remover or medicines may damage the product. Our finishes are hand distressed to achieve a more authentic appearance. Small pinholes, rasp marks, indentations and other distinctive marks are not considered defects and are normal characteristics of our unique finish. It is a normal characteristic of wood to have variations in coloration, grain pattern, and other markings that occur naturally as trees grow. Such is the beauty of real wood furniture. No two pieces will be exactly alike. Constant exposure to moisture, humidity and temperature changes can cause slight shrinking, swelling and cracking, which are natural characteristics of wood furnishings.
This warranty also excludes any product with a custom finish and/or buyer's remorse. To ensure your complete satisfication with your purchase, please order finish samples prior to selecting your finish.
Wood Designs, Inc. reserves the right to make changes or improvements to its products without incurring any obligation to similarly alter products previously purchased.
Pricing & Payments: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, GoogleCheckout and PayPal. A minimum 20% non-refundable deposit is due at time of order. The balance is due before the order is painted.

- Your balance is due before we begin your work order. WHY? Each peice is made to order. We offer a broad selection of finishes. Securing your payment prior to building ensures uninterrupted flow of all jobs currently in the production process.
- Your order will ship two to four weeks after it enters the building process. If your order is complex or has multiple items with multiple finishes then it may take longer than four weeks.
